Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases on Council AI (topaicouncil.com), a service operated by Kratoscode, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

What you are buying

Council AI sells prepaid credits, a digital service. Credits are used to run AI councils, chat turns and model comparisons. Your first run is free. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal: you are charged only when you choose to buy a credit pack.

Delivery

Credits are delivered instantly to your Council AI account as soon as your payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped physically. If credits do not appear within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email us with your payment ID and we will add them manually.

Refunds

All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused credits, because credits are a digital service delivered immediately. The only exceptions are:

• Failed runs: if a council, chat turn or comparison fails to complete, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically.
• Payment errors: if you were charged but did not receive credits, or were charged more than once for the same purchase, we will either add the missing credits or refund the duplicate/failed charge to your original payment method.

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method, and usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel: credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. You can stop using the service at any time. A payment can be cancelled only before it is completed on the Razorpay checkout screen. If you close the checkout without paying, you are not charged.

Credit validity

Credits do not expire while your account remains active. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for money.

How to reach us

For any payment issue, email hello@kratoscode.com with your account email and the Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_ and is in your payment confirmation). We reply within 2 working days.
